What this site collects, and what it does not.

Analytics

This site counts page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics. The Cloudflare beacon sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. You are not given an identifier, you are not fingerprinted, and you are not tracked across other websites.

Per page view, Cloudflare receives:

  • the page URL and the referring URL
  • coarse signals derived from the request — browser, device type, country

That data is aggregate. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not linked to you.

Theme preference

If you switch the site to light or dark, that one choice is saved in your browser's local storage, so the next page does not flash the wrong theme at you. It is a single value — "light", "dark", or "system". It is not an identifier, it is never sent to the server, and clearing your site data removes it. Together with the console transcript described below, these are the only things this site keeps on your device.

Asking questions

Questions you ask and job descriptions you paste into the console on the home page are sent to the server, used to generate an answer, and then discarded. They are not stored and not logged.

This is enforced by how the code is written, not merely promised: the telemetry records the length of your input and nothing else — there is no field anywhere in the event model that can hold your text, the generated answer, or the model's raw response.

The model itself runs on AWS Bedrock, in AWS's us-west-2 region. Your text is processed there to generate that one answer and nothing more: AWS's stated policy is that Bedrock does not store prompts or completions and does not use them to train models. It is not sent to any other third party.

Your console transcript

So that your questions and their answers are still there if you follow a citation to another page and come back, this site keeps the current transcript in your browser's session storage. It stays on your device, is never sent to the server, and is cleared automatically when you close the tab or end the browser session.

It holds only the questions and answers shown on screen. A job description you paste is never kept — not on the server and not on your device — it is counted by length for the request and then discarded.

No accounts

There is no sign-up, no login, and no contact form. Nothing here asks for your name, your email, or any other personal detail.

Hosting

The site is served from AWS CloudFront. As with any web server, requests reach it with the usual network metadata — an IP address, a user agent — which is not used to build a profile of you.
